Apples image import program, as well as iPhoto detects my camera.
Canons remote capture does not.
What is the meaning with that. Canon sucks at updating their software.

Apple's image capture (OS 10.4) recgonizes my canon camera.
Canon's Remote Capture (all checked and updated)doesn't detect my canon camera. You do the math!

This app is not available anywhere - it's imaginary - click on any download website and you get an error. Canon's website is 'round 'n round in circles - "contact us" is a psychological game. I will be buying a different brand next time for sure. This is consistent with all my experiences with Canon -- lost another loyal customer guys - must be 10,000 more like me.
