The Worst Customer Service Ever

About a year and a half ago, TimeNet was great and I used it exclusively to track and produce invoices. However, with each "update" came greater and greater problems, including losing data, and worse and worse customer service. I found in the forums many others who experienced the same frustration. After the last crash upon update I waited months to hear back from Applesource and I have finally given up.

Great program, great service

I love this program, and the developer's are very friendly. I'm not sure what happened with the other two reviewers, but after searching through many of these billing programs, TimeNet outperforms them all. You won't regret checking this out.

Good program till it stopped working, awful customer service

I was really happy with the program until one day it just stopped working. Upon launch the program froze and I was locked out of accessing any of my client billing data. Emails to Timenet support are currently being ignored, as is my post at their support forum. It is now been almost a week and I can't invoice for work or track time any new work - especially for projects that were midway through that how much time I had done already is locked away in the frozen program! I would not advise anyone to buy this program because billling is a critical part of your business and if your program fails and the company you bought it from ignores your support requests you a left in a bit of a quandary. it looks like I may have to buy another program and re input all my client data to it, plus try and guesstimate the work I have done on on-going projects - who wants to have to do that!
