What's new in this version:
*This update is a preliminary fix to a problem introduced in the last update, 1.9.9, in which the recipients were being reset after a mailing was aborted. This implied the set of selected recipients could not be used to re-send the mailing to only those who encountered errors.
Note 1: This problem did not occur if the error rate did not cause the mailing to be aborted.
Note 2: You can change the error rate for aborting a mailing on the "Advanced" section of the Preferences window. The idea is that if the rate of errors is high then there is probably a problem with your mail server, network, etc. that needs to be resolved until you re-try a mailing.
