Paid for itself after the first use. I needed to send out email to several thousand members of a trade organization on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my ISP flagged all of my mailing as spam and blocked it from getting to the membership and the organization didn't want to set up a mail server. Instead the organization had been using USPS to send it's mailings. After reading about Monsoon on the Apple website, I decided to try it. Monsoon simply worked.
Easy set up, easy to use, but documentation on how some features are implemented a little sparse.
