QCad is a 2D CAD system. It is easy to construct and edit drawings. You can work with ISO-conform scales, fillings, fonts, DXF files, and much more. This is a binary installer of the GPL'ed version of QCad - in contrast to the unregistered shareware version it has no time limit for usage, but does not support scripting (otherwise the versions are identical in functions).
