This software is incredibly unstable and has failed to function an numerous occasions. Do not bother. And Kathy probably works for them.

Fast DVD Copy Pro 4.0.5

I purchased the origional version which worked pretty good then I gave my daughter
my Mac book pro and bought a new 20" iMac.
As Velan stated, I requested a transfer of
my software. Since then i have eMailed Velan's Tech Support with the wrong Ser#s.
10 days ago i bought a new copy, leaving my
daughter with my old copy, Problems solved?
I now have a new copy which non of the serial numbers supplied will open the soft
ware for copying? What would you do after
investing over $200? this is a money grabing poor service company

Terrible product, and no support

In a nutshell - this product does not work as advertised, and any attempt to get support from the company AFTER LEGITIMATELY PAYING A RATHER INFLATED PRICE FOR THIS PACKAGE will end in disappointment and anger. If they get back to you at all they will blame your equipment. Trying to get a refund or even talk to someone about customer satisfaction is impossible. Don't waste your time or money thinking about buying this.
