This is simply the best web enabled test/quiz program out there for the money. The application generates compliant html code that you then upload to your host. No confusing database to set up.
The best part is the ease with which to add any sort of media (mp3, mov, swf, jpg, etc.) into the tutorial.
The developer is excellent to work with a very receptive to user needs. I plan on making this my defacto learning tool. This app has a great future.
