Poor Documentation, poor support

pros: The concept of the app is great and works fine as long as you use their directory format to a T
cons: does not work under IIS
documentation is non-existant. asked the company about it and was directed to their 1 page FAQ on the web
I tried using the app with my current folder layout in which I have folders and files that contain the characters ' & ' and " ' ". This breaks the app and it will not function.
supports answer was 'Your support is now ended'
so buyer beware here.
