SimpleImage is a simple but powerful application for Mac that lets you view both images and movies with an intuitive and highly customizable interface, run slideshows with soundtracks and transition effects, browse thumbnails of your media files, take snapshots of working sets of windows for easy reopening, export files in a variety of formats, create Internet photo albums, and more.

* Movies can now be displayed in slideshows
* File ratings can now be viewed and set in the Finder from the SimpleImage Menu
* Browser items can now be relinked after their original files have been moved to another volume
* Thumbnail generation performance has been improved for WMVs and other large movie files
* The full screen movie controls now show both time elapsed and time remaining
* SimpleImage now asks to perform an extended search when opening browser items whose original items can't be found
* You can now choose to open animated GIFs as movies or multipage images
* The controls panel now displays the slideshow soundtrack's artist and title
* The Quick Peek panel now displays file icons for items while waiting for thumbnail images to become available
* The SimpleImage Menu now works correctly when SimpleImage isn't running
* Fixed a bug that prevented the Quick Peek panel and slideshow items window from working correctly when a slideshow contained an unsaved image
* Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the slideshow items window to forget its saved size and position
