WHAT'S NEW

* Moved individual personal fields into contacts.fp8.
* Updated Dewey Decimal Classification records in ddcsumm.fp8 to include finer details (now 2162 records). New generic scripts for finding first and second summary records have been designed for total flexibility with no loss in performance etc
* Un/marking records has become a standard feature in all other lookup databases.
* Add unlimited documents, pictures or movies for each individual and company contacts in contacts.fp8.
* Check spelling feature added and accessible for all fields in all lookup databases and contacts.fp8.
* Marking records in contacts.fp8 has been made easier with separate Mark Record, Mark All more...Records, Clear Record Marker, Clear All Records Marker and Find Marked Records commands in a Special menu. Old buttons for performing this function in the List layout removed for a cleaner interface.
* Enhanced Copy and Paste scripts show they have better error handling capabilities and can deal with fields requiring unique data.
* Added Google maps to todolist.fp8 in the Venue tab.
* . New Web Viewer for showing maps is multi-functional in the sense other web addresses can be visited within the database. Marking records with a blue colour in the record number is now reflected in other layouts that show the record number.
* You can now add unlimited numbers of documents (PDFs, Microsoft Word files etc) for each position/job in jobs.fp8 (eg. you could store job application letters, position documentation, employer responses, job advertisements etc). Other enhancements made to increase the usefulness of this lookup database.
* Verified import and export scripts to ensure all new fields are included. Default ASCII (DOS) output. Added extra option to databases with ID fields to import by matching ID or add as new records.
* Added a credit card transactions history layout in credit.fp8. Users will be able to enter transaction details as well as check balances when verifying any number of credit cards.
* Cleaned up unnecessary layouts in todolist.fp8.
* Created a new button in the About layout. New design helps with quicker interface redraw and slightly reduces file size. Also simplified menu commands for this layout.
* Guests are permitted to select a letter/document for printing and inserting their own digital signature. However, document templates cannot be modified in guest mode. Naturally the owner can do that!
* Guests can navigate the calendar to read memos, messages and to do events/actions.
* Added new fields to photolog.fp8 after reviewing Aperture to FileMaker 1.0 freeware tool.
* Decided to do away with document landscape compose and preview modes as it is rare anyone would use it. If they do, it can be re-added. But there are better desktop publishing software tools available to handle landscape pages. We keep the portrait version as this is more useful for creating letters and business documents.
* Combined documents preview and compose features under one layout for quicker editing and viewing in the same layout.
* Adjusted privilege access to some scripts.
