What's new in this version:

* Fixed issue where Billings would not run, if the user's Home folder was located on a Network drive.
* Fixed issue where certain taxes i.e. 19.6 would not appear with proper formatting on invoices/estimates.
* Fixed issue where only the first page would print when trying to print an invoice/estimate with multiple pages.
* Fixed issue when adding a note to a project through the Add Note card, the plain text representation of the note is not being set.
* Fixed issue where you could mark an unlinked slip as completed. This causes the slip to disappear from the Timers window and be lost.
* Fixed issue when consolidating like 'taxes' for the purpose of sending invoices/estimates. Taxes with similar names were being consolidated on the invoice/estimate.
* Fixed issue where Expense report does not show client's name.
* Fixed issue where the terms were not remembered, when sending an invoice.
* Fixed issue where an older version of Billings could open up a database which required a new version of Billings.
* Fixed issue where date was not printed correctly according to the system preferences locale.
* Fixed issue where Spotlight importer was not active.
