docx converter works fine

I installed this on my Mac, and it worked perfectly. But follow the instructions!! Click on the file you want to convert and hold the mouse button down, hit F12 to open Dashboard, then drag the file to the DocX converter "drop zone." The converted document shows up as an HTM file; there are some ads at the top and bottom, but you can always copy and paste the body copy into a Word/Open Office/etc. doc. Don't let the other reviews scare you, this works very well.

This doesn't work, all I get is error messages in the browser window.
