Version 0.9.9:

* Encoding Interface fixes for Plain Text Import/Export
* Miyu now checks the source video codec type and will warn you if a format which may not export well (or at all) is detected.
* Miyu should not crash when it has problems extracting frames from source video - however, encoding will abort and an error will be logged. H.264 source video seems especially problematic for exporting.
* MOV exporter now supports exporting Fast Start video.
* Miyu's script window is now more in line with standard UI conventions, including more readable timecodes.

* Playback 1 frame late
