Xfile Test Drive works, the paid full version won't open

I liked the Test Drive version so much that I bought the full version. I double click on the icon and nothing happens. I re-downloaded and reinstalled, and still nothing works. I sent an email complaining. We'll see what they say. For now, a $50 nothing.
