* In-game : show the number of deuces at the end of the point leading to a deuce
* Animation : now, when your strike the ball after have run backward, you'll usually have a strike animation instead of the idle animation
* Display : window size and position is saved on exit and restored on next launch
* Added the option to have 0 game per set ; with this setting, you'll do only tie-breaks
