I love everything about this software. It works great, it's easy to use, it looks slick, and the support is always top notch. I get friendly responses fast every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED++++++

I'm rarely moved to write a review; and usually when I am it's because a product is exceptional. This is the first time I've ever been moved to write a review simply to point out how bad something is.

After forking out a considerable amount of money for this software I hit rocky ground very early on when it came to using it. With the date format set to UK (DD/MM/YYYY), it simply won't let me choose the correct year first time around! It always plumps for 0008 if I set any date other than today. Worse than this, there is no way to correct it by typing the year in the relevant field (which I could perhaps just about live with); rather, I have to cycle through the years to get to the current one – so correcting the year for every task is a two thousand click procedure!

The product is therefore unusable. I have logged this bug with AppleSource and despite chasing have had no reply. Am considering what course of action I can take to get my money back. Never been so annoyed by a piece of software, or a non-existant customer service before.

This is a fly-by-night cowboy operation you'd be well advised to steer clear of.

I've come to "rely" heavily on this software for all of my business needs. I'd be lost without it. The developers are very friendly and fast to respond, the updates are quick and helpful, and I've never found an easier billing program to use. wouldnt trade it for anything!!

I love this program, and the developer's are very friendly. I'm not sure what happened with the other two reviewers, but after searching through many of these billing programs, TimeNet outperforms them all. You won't regret checking this out.

I was really happy with the program until one day it just stopped working. Upon launch the program froze and I was locked out of accessing any of my client billing data. Emails to Timenet support are currently being ignored, as is my post at their support forum. It is now been almost a week and I can't invoice for work or track time any new work - especially for projects that were midway through that how much time I had done already is locked away in the frozen program! I would not advise anyone to buy this program because billling is a critical part of your business and if your program fails and the company you bought it from ignores your support requests you a left in a bit of a quandary. it looks like I may have to buy another program and re input all my client data to it, plus try and guesstimate the work I have done on on-going projects - who wants to have to do that!

About a year and a half ago, TimeNet was great and I used it exclusively to track and produce invoices. However, with each "update" came greater and greater problems, including losing data, and worse and worse customer service. I found in the forums many others who experienced the same frustration. After the last crash upon update I waited months to hear back from Applesource and I have finally given up.
