Purchasing a VelaClock license entitles you the right to install it on two computers (such as one desktop and one laptop machine). If you purchase a new computer, VelaClock can be installed on it by downloading it from our web site then registering it using your serial number. If you have a registration problem, please contact us for help. Most registration problems are resolved within 24 hours; often these issues are resolved within minutes.

We disclose the fact that VelaClock uses Product Activation both on our web site (veladg.com) and at the time of purchase. If a person somehow misses this, we will refund their money and deactivate the product.

Be warned!
This product contains "Product Activation" and recently I was prevented from using it (even though I have paid for my copy) as I installed it on a new machine at home and it told me I had done too many installs and so I am therefore not entitled to use the product I paid for any more.

Be warned - if you buy a new Mac, this product may not work and may deem you a thief if you try to transfer it over to your new machine.
