Disgruntled
Software is not as advertised. Nor is the tech support. I bought product to convert .mov files to .wmv. Only needed 4 final files and I am completely unhappy with my results. Only 3 size options for conversion to .wmv files, no matter what the aspect ratio of the original. 640x480, 320x240 and 720x576. When I converted my files, which had a 16:9 aspect ratio the images were letterboxed with large black bars top and bottom. Other reviews here probably were from someone associated with the company. I regret purchase and the total waste of my time. Product and tech support so bad that entire set-up seems like a scam. Spend your money elsewhere.

* It's super easy to use therefore there's absolutely nothing to ever get confused by, it's GUI couldn't be more clear and to the point.
* It's also rather fast at converting, even with the high quality mode enabled. It's faster than I expected actually.
* It's very stable to convert videos.
It works flawlessly on Mac OS X 10.5! This is an absolute keeper in my book!

Compared to other programs that I've tried this program to convert video very quickly. The interface is also very easy to use and simple so there's not much to get confused about. I also like that it will automatically encode video so that you will get the best possible quality video that can fit onto the any device.
